The Australian & New Zealand Trauma Society invite abstracts for the Trauma 2026 Conference, being held at the Hilton, Sydney NSW, on 15 – 17 October 2026.

The Scientific Committee invites the submission of abstracts in the following categories:

    • Scientific Research
    • Quality Improvement and Implementation
    • Education and Training

ABSTRACT AWARDS

All oral and poster abstracts will be judged by the Scientific Committee at the conference and the following awards will be presented:

Scientific Research

    • Oral Presentation                      $500 (Visa gift card or equivalent)
    • Poster                                         $500 (Visa gift card or equivalent)
    • Highly Commended                  Certificate awarded

 

Quality Improvement and Implementation

    • Oral Presentation                      $500 (Visa gift card or equivalent)
    • Poster                                         $500 (Visa gift card or equivalent)
    • Highly Commended                  Certificate awarded

 

Education and Training

    • Oral Presentation                      $500 (Visa gift card or equivalent)
    • Poster                                         $500 (Visa gift card or equivalent)
    • Highly Commended                  Certificate awarded

Poster Presentations

For abstracts accepted as poster presentations, these will need to be printed in A0 size.
